Shipping Delivery and Returns Policy

Local orders (Kuwait)

All local orders will be delivered via our delivery team on the same day or at most the following business.  The delivery rate may vary from 1 kwd to 2 kwd based on location. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.  Orders over 100 KWD receive a free delivery.

International orders

All international orders are shipped via posta plus (door to door service).  Shipping rates are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and will based on weight and destinations.  Orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details. Please note we are not responsible for any delays due to the shipping destination’s custom’s clearance. To track your shipment, go to ‘my account”, and click on ‘order history’. Your orders will be displayed along with their status.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  After 3 days, you maybe exchange your items or receive a store credit.  No return/exchanges will be accepted after 15 days of delivery. Customer is responsible shipping/returns costs. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
